Lacey Griffin started her career in Fashion in Los Angeles 20+ years ago and spent the first decade of her career between LA, San Francisco and New York.

Relocating to beautiful Charleston, South Carolina in 2015, Lacey saw a need for strong representation for designers in the Southeast.

She launched her own sales agency during which time she represented 30+ brands and consulting for an additional 50+ stores, rep agencies and brands.

Lacey’s expertise spans from product and design sourcing, to manufacturing contacts, to bringing a product successfully to market and getting in front of key accounts.

Having joined the Palm Beach Sandals team in 2024, Lacey has a passion for helping emerging designers, brands and business people succeed to their fullest. 

Evans Guyton also lives in Charleston, SC. With 10 years of experience, working her way from a salesperson to executive director for Atlanta Apparel and Las Vegas Apparel tradeshows, she has worked closely with 500+ brands and knows the in’s and out’s of growing a wholesale brand. 

Onboarding an average of 100 new brands per year to market, she is versed in brand building and knows what it takes to be successful in the industry. Attending markets all over the country and working closely with hundreds of brands over the last decade has given her insight to additional tradeshows, retail events, and other streams of revenue. 

Prior to her corporate tradeshow career, she worked for Nordstrom as a retail manager, where she excelled in merchandising, regional buying, and building a loyal customer base. Evans is a creative, strategic thinker, who loves people and seeing them succeed!
